Services
Everything attached to the air in your house.
Eight things we do, described the way we'd explain them across your kitchen table. If you're not sure which one you need, skip the reading and call (229) 247-8681 — that works 24/7.
01
AC Repair
Cooling
Your air conditioner will pick the hottest week of the year to quit — they always do. When it happens, call. The line is answered 24 hours a day, and we'll get a technician headed your way instead of leaving you to sweat until Monday.
Every repair starts with a real diagnosis and a plain-English explanation: what failed, what it costs to fix, and whether fixing it still makes sense on a system that age. You approve the work and the price before we touch a wrench.
Good to know
- Emergency repair, 24/7 — nights, weekends, holidays
- Residential and commercial systems
- Diagnosis and a clear quote before any work begins
- Straight advice when a repair no longer makes sense
02
System Replacement
Heating + Cooling
There's a point where patching an old system stops being the honest answer — when the repair bill and the power bill together cost more than moving on. When you're there, we'll say so plainly, and when you're not, we'll say that too.
A new system gets sized to your actual house — square footage, insulation, sun exposure, and South Georgia humidity — not pulled off a shelf. Oversized units short-cycle and leave the air clammy; undersized ones never stop running. Sizing it right is most of the job.
Good to know
- Load-matched sizing for hot, humid South Georgia
- Old equipment removed and hauled off
- Financing available through Optimus
- Ask what current tax credits or rebates may apply
03
Duct Cleaning
Air
Every breath you take indoors made a trip through your ductwork first. Years of dust, pollen, pet hair, and construction debris settle in those runs — and your blower keeps stirring it back into the house.
We clean ducts with purpose-built Rotobrush equipment that scrubs and vacuums the buildup out of the system, rather than just knocking it loose. Worth considering if allergies flare up indoors, dust reappears the day after you wipe it down, or you've just finished a renovation.
Good to know
- Rotobrush duct-cleaning equipment
- Removes dust, pollen, and allergen buildup
- Smart after renovations or in an older home
- Pairs well with a whole-home air purifier
04
Ductless Mini-Splits
Cooling
Some rooms never got a fair shot: the garage workshop, the sunroom, the addition the previous owner built without touching the ductwork. A ductless mini-split fixes that without tearing the house open.
Each indoor unit runs its own zone, so the room gets conditioned when you're in it and left alone when you're not. One outdoor unit can feed several rooms, and the same equipment heats in January and cools in July.
Good to know
- Heating and cooling from one system
- No ductwork required — clean, compact install
- Room-by-room zone control
- Great for additions, garages, and older homes
05
Indoor Air Quality
Air
Are you breathing clean air? In the middle of South Georgia's pollen season, the honest answer is usually no — and closing the windows only traps what's already inside.
We install whole-home purification in the ductwork itself, so the air gets treated every time it circulates: REME HALO whole-home purifiers, Guardian Air QR+ in-duct units, and UV lights that keep the coil and airstream clean. Set it once and every room benefits.
Good to know
- REME HALO whole-home purifier
- Guardian Air QR+ in-duct purification
- UV stick lights for coils and airstream
- Installed in your existing ductwork
06
Standby Generators
Power
A Honeywell automatic standby generator backs up the circuits you choose during a power outage. It starts within seconds of detecting power loss and runs on your home's existing natural gas or LP fuel supply — no cords, no gas cans, no getting out of bed.
We'll size it to what you actually want protected: essential circuits only, managed whole-house coverage that juggles loads intelligently, or complete whole-house backup that makes an outage a non-event. Bentley handles the sizing, the install, and the service after.
Good to know
- Automatic start within seconds of an outage
- Runs on your natural gas or LP supply
- Essential, managed, or complete whole-house coverage
- Ask about Honeywell's 5-year warranty
07
New Construction
Build
The cheapest time to get HVAC right is before the drywall goes up. We work with builders and homeowners on new construction — designing the system from the plans, not squeezing one in afterward.
That means ductwork routed properly, equipment sized to the build, and installation scheduled to fit the construction timeline instead of fighting it.
Good to know
- Full system design from your plans
- Ductwork, equipment, and controls
- Coordinated with your builder's schedule
- Residential new builds across the area
08
Commercial Services
Commercial
Shops, offices, restaurants, warehouses — when the cooling goes down, so does business. Bentley installs and services heating and air systems for commercial buildings around Valdosta.
For commercial installs, replacements, or a service relationship for your building, call the office or email the commercial desk directly and we'll get you a straight answer on scope and timing.
Good to know
- Commercial installation and replacement
- Service and repair for existing systems
- Commercial inquiries: jenni@bentley-hvac.com
- Serving Valdosta and surrounding communities
